Established in 1916 by Everett M. Brooks and  incorporated in 1947, the company has been located and continuously operating in Newton since its inception. We have in our archives the records of more than 50,000 surveys and engineering projects covering Newton and the surrounding communities.

      The Company has been managed by the current owners since 1990.   All of our current projects are completed under the direct guidance and supervision of our licensed professionals.  Our team of design engineers and drafters use powerful CAD workstations and high speed document imagining systems to prepare plans for our clients.
